Thought I should write a little something since it's been so long since I updated this blog...As you can see buy the above scrap page, Isabella is all ready for Christmas... all the way down to her 2 front teeth! She just got them this past month so we're checking that off Santa's list...
We've been busy here in Canada.... we even met an Italian/Canadian in Edmonton, a man from Sardegnia at Sorrentino's and a man from Trieste in Wainwright of all places. All have been very friendly and helpful... we're hoping to keep in contact with a few.
Well, I better get off, one of Giovanni's friend's wants to chat...
Merry Christmas!

Isabella sporting her new sunglasses we bought for when we go to the sea on our vacation... what a cutie posing and all!
These are the kiwi plants growing all over the trellis where we ate. I've never seen a kiwi plant before so I had to take a picture.
And this corn was crazy tall... I'm standing really close so you can get the idea of how tall it really is.
And of course we wanted to get a nice group photo.
Mary and Luca with Isabella.
Gorgeous passion fruit flowers... or at least I think that's what they are:)
This is a huge villa in the middle of town... the dentist lives here.... this is just the back side... you really should see the front! It's gorgeous... even if it does need some work.
Nectarine trees... or peaches.... anyways, these trees are full of fruit right now. In spring it's all covered in pink flowers!
City Hall... this is where we were married.... It's especially pretty at night around Christmas... some of you saw our Christmas card 2 years ago.
Isn't this just the ideal Italian place? Ok so this isn't the house... it's the garage or storage house but it's so cute with all the brick work and flowers.
And of course, what's an Italian summer walk without seeing grapes growing on the vine! I see these everywhere. Even when people have an itty bitty yard, they still find room for these.
